Julia A. Reinhart Esq. - Attorney at Law

A native of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, Ms. Reinhart is a third generation partner at Anderson Reinhart Law, LLC. Prior to establishing herself as an attorney in Annapolis, she built an independent practice with Goodman & Walker in Springfield, Tennessee. She returned to practice in Annapolis in 1999. Ms. Reinhart has significant experience in estate and trust administration, sophisticated estate tax planning, and negotiating and closing complex land transactions.

By developing ongoing relationships with her clients, she works diligently to maneuver through legal intricacies to help them meet their personal and financial goals. As a result, she has competently executed numerous multi-million dollar transactions between large tract land owners and buyers sophisticated in land development. She has counseled clients in establishing, administering, and winding up testamentary and revocable living trusts. She also has unique and specialized experience with issues impacting agricultural clients, including the use of Internal Revenue Code Section 2032A Special Use Valuation election to save clients tens of thousands of dollars. She has assisted clients with land use problems and sales of valuable closely-held business interests under buy-sell agreements. Whether a client's need is large or small, complex or straight forward, she is attentive and capable of rendering quality counsel in bringing about resolution in the client's best interest. Through quiet professionalism and assurance, she provides her clients with a solid foundation upon which to make decisions that are best for the client and her or his family and loved ones.
